NAB Gilgit holds painting competition

GILGIT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – October 2, 2021): National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Gilgit in association with Agha Khan Higher Secondary School Gilgit organized a painting competition on the theme “Corruption is the greatest obstacle to the development of country” .

NAB Gilgit-Baltistan director Nasir Junejo was the main guest of the event.

In his speech, he explained in detail to the students the negative effects of corruption on the development of the country and its consequences.

The director of the NAB explained to the young people their role in eradicating the scourge of corruption in the country.

He assured the young people that corruption is licking our society like termites and that the new generation should unite and take action to curb it.

Agha Khan High School Principal Zafar Iqbal gave his welcoming speech and appreciated the efforts of NAB Gilgit and spoke to the architects of the nation’s future about the grave consequences of corruption.

More than 50 students took part in the competition. Miss Abida Parveen, Zeeshan Murtaza and Miss Shazmina Baig acted as judges in the competition.

At the end of the ceremony, the director of the NAB, the principal of the upper secondary school Agha Khan and Miss Abida Parveen distributed prizes to the students of the first, second and third row of the painting competitions, in addition to handing out certificates. , shields and gifts to all children.
