annual grants

The Cultural Council’s Annual Grant provides project and program funding for qualified arts organizations with annual budgets of more than $25,000. Grants for Mid Budget Organizations - $25,000 - $150,000 are up to $10,000. Grants for Large Budget Organizations are up to $40,000 depending on the size of the operating budget.

There are several changes in the guidelines and application process from prior years.

Grants are focused in three categories: Innovation, Education, and Collaboration.


The Application Deadline is May 20, 2010 at 4 pm. Funding is for the fiscal year July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011.
Interested organizations should carefully read the Guidelines before beginning the Application.

Technical Assistance is available and interested applicants are encouraged to call if questions.
